Learning Sentence Ordering for Opinion Generation of Debate
We propose a sentence ordering method to help compose persuasive opinions for debating. In debate texts, support of an opinion such as evidence and reason typically follows the main claim. We focused on this claimsupport structure to order sentences, and developed a two-step method. First, we select from among candidate sentences a first sentence that is likely to be a claim. متن کاملExpressive Multimodal Conversational Acts for SAIBA Agents
We discuss here the need to define what we call an agent conversational language, a language for Embodied Conversational Agents (ECA) to have conversations with a human. We propose a set of Expressive Multimodal Conversation Acts (EMCA), which is based on the Expressive Speech Acts that we introduced in a previous work, enriched with the multimodal expression of the emotions linked to these act...
متن کاملAn NTU-Approach to Automatic Sentence Extraction for Summary Generation
A B S T R A C T Automatic summarization and information extraction are two important Internet services. MUC and SUMMAC play their appropriate roles in the next generation Internet. This paper focuses on the automatic summarization and proposes two different models to extract sentences for summary generation under two tasks initiated by SUMMAC-1. For categorization task, positive feature vectors...
متن کاملFlowGraph2Text: Automatic Sentence Skeleton Compilation for Procedural Text Generation
In this paper we describe a method for generating a procedural text given its flow graph representation. Our main idea is to automatically collect sentence skeletons from real texts by replacing the important word sequences with their type labels to form a skeleton pool. The experimental results showed that our method is feasible and has a potential to generate natural sentences.
متن کاملAn Automatic Procedure for Generating Datasets for Conversational Recommender Systems
Conversational Recommender Systems assist online users in their information-seeking and decision making tasks by supporting an interactive process with the aim of finding the most appealing items according to the user preferences. Unfortunately, collecting dialogues data to train these systems can be labour-intensive, especially for data-hungry Deep Learning models. Therefore, we propose an aut...
